We accept payments made by credit or debit card with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

We ship to countries in the EU Shipping costs are fixed prices and appear on the payment page after entering the address.
We offer two shipping options: Normal Shipping and Express Shipping. We use Correos Spain for regular shipments and CorreosExpress / Fedex for express shipments.
Photos on conqueror paper, posters, fine art prints and wallpapers will be packed in a tube before shipping.
NB: Photos of large sizes, mounted on rigid foam, ARE NOT SHIPPED outside of Sitges and Barcelona.
These photos can be picked up at the store at Carrer Major 47, Sitges.
For Wallpaper and fine art prints it takes up to 6 business days to produce. Afterwards, the delivery time depends on the choice of the shipping method. Regular shipping takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination country and local conditions. It takes usually a week in Europe, but we cannot guarantee this delivery time.
Express shipping takes 3-4 business days.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns of custom photos, big size photos on foam and Fine Art Prints are not accepted.
The product must be returned in the same conditions and with the same packaging as when it was received. Shipping costs for the returned product are paid by the customer.
Before returning the product, send us an email with the subject RETURNS to email@example.com with the reasons for the return. The amount of the product will be refunded when we have received the product.
